Can not connect. Please help!

I have built the server on ubuntu 16 64bit for Warcraft 3 : Frozen Throne
Server IP: 18.231.14.167
My Warcraft client version: 1.28.5.7680
Please help me figure out why I can not connect. When I try to connect to my server it here what i get from the logs :
