Help with Multiple Realms (Same Channels?)

Ok so I got 2 realms going on two different computers. D2GS on one computer and another D2GS on the other. Both realms show up in the realms tab but when I go to channel. They cannot see each other. Isnt this possible. I have seen it in the past but not sure how it was done.
