Hi there here i have something that i hope will be useful.
This is still work in progress but i need Your opinion on this one.
Simple website with Server Status and Registration Page.

Im still working on it tbh , but yes status works
also registration page starting to do what i ask her to do so....

this software is a free open source content management system you can customize with little knowledge. takes a bit to get used to but its extremely simple
