from begin until compile

because i build from SVN it doesn't has pvpgn.exe
it just src,conf,etc

There is a compiled exe on magic builder site, you can use it.

because i want to make it with myself and don't want to use compiled pvpgn, because it can't be compiled

Make sure you have installed Visual C++ 2010 (2012 is not supported yet).

What error do you get?

there is no pvpgn.exe
how to start the server ?
