someone could tell me how to compile PvPGN with MySQL through vps control panel.

You have to install it through SSH, use Putty or similar command line SSH client. Look at the example here.
I don't know any vps control panel that support automatic PvPGN installation (if you mean this).

Do not ask for support in PM.
