You have to run different d2cs+d2dbs for each d2gs, and single pvpgn.

I used to have something like that. One machine was hosted pvm realm (bnetd/d2cs/d2dbs/d2gs) and second pvp (d2cs/d2dbs/d2gs). But imho better choice is hosting on one strong machine realms, and on the different only d2gs. It is easier to administrate.

Niceee! But my intention is for the D2GS servers to stay away, but only one PvPGN to manage the accounts - and every D2GS with its individual characters.

Yes, it is possible.
Unfortunately it has its issues - mostly around duping items and people trying to lag certain servers as it talks back to the main PvPGN box. Additionally, the system will automatically push users to the D2GS box with the lowest usage/players on, which is annoying if you have a US box and EU box. Path of Diablo solved this by receiving a modified version of MedianXL's system; they have a 'pick GS' option when you make a game, so there was some heavy code editing and he (PoD admin) doesn't know how exactly it's done.
