Topic: Connection problem

Using 8 diablos to join same game i will have 4 of them get ftj (but its a black screen not a real ftj)
Note doing this exact same thing on bnet servers works fine

Im unsure why this is happening but if there is a known fix and or a reason i would like to know smile

Example
Here is how 3-4 will fail if they all enter same time as each other
https://youtu.be/Ih_UA21h8ls

If i stagger them by about 5 seconds each they can all join fine tho :C

D2GS logs i found this too which may be a problem since im comming from same pc

Re: Connection problem

Looks like I'm playing catch up on old posts I've missed big_smile

Did you ever get this one resolved?

I assume they can log in to the server fine as it sounds like the issue only happens when joining a game. Guessing you have 'max_conns_per_IP = X' set quite high in bnetd.conf?  And also, do you have Warden enabled?

Re: Connection problem

This sounds like normal security behavior to me to avoid spamming in port 4000.

Clearly D2GS has this type of protection, and when you try to enter with 8 accounts at the same time, it ends up generating this false/positive.

Try to slow down that sploit you are using when entering a game.
