Wonder why people don't host d2gs 1.12 servers

I think everybody tries to have the "newest and thus the best version". sometimes it is contraproductive like in this case and I agree with You, that 1.12 patch the best is, I use this patch, even when I do not use the multires patch at all I tried to create a closed realm on my pvpgn server with 1.12 patch last year, but I was unable to get it work, and because I do not play it these days and I have more important things to do for now, I stopped trying, but when I find some and motivation one day, I will run it and mine realm will be surely 1.12 patch.
