1.10+ Ladder System to 1.09d

Hello Guys,

I'm keen to implement the 1.10+ Ladder System in to 1.09d

I have no idea where I would even start with this so thought I would post here. I would anticipate that PvPGN would already support the system and that the D2GS/Client would need updating to handle this additional function too.

If anybody is interested in working on something like this please contact me.
